We were asked to reconstruct a poorly and improperly repaired chimney
We use a custom built rig to repair the flue.
First we remove all the cracked brick and loose mortar.
After the masonry has cured we waterproofed the chimney using Chimney Saver Repellant.
A broken clay flue liner and no crown wash to prevent weathering the masonary and animal intrusion.
A stainless steel cap and masonary crown will prevent future damage to the structure.
